I noticed that your link goes directly to the links page and not to the homepage. If you copy the code on the links page it will take you directly to the homepage--just less confusion for people.

The above post looks like it is from the CM Marketing Director...so is it OK to post this on a blog? I did on mine but have had an unknown (to me) CMC post a complaint saying it was not to be put up as an external link.
Please advise. I have had many customers email me since I posted it there to thank me (and CM) for making the video available.

From the comment above it looks like your posting of this video on your blog is OK with the CM Marketing Director.
I had an unknown (to me) CMC post on my blog today that I was violating an agreement with Kelsh to not post the link externally.
It would make me sad to remove it as I have already received emails from grateful customers (who are the bulk of my targeted readership).
