Transparent photo frame
- format photos ribbon
- click on mat
- select shape to cut photo
- select change mat fill
- select color
- opacity slider needs to be all the way to the left (very important step)
When you mat a photo this way, you are able to have a shape, but still zoom and move the photo within the frame.
