Dawn, what version of internet explorer are you using? I have version 8 and it is downloading fine. You might also try firefox internet browser also. My email is bobsiglow@msn.com if you you need help. This is really a great webinar and sure hope you can view it.

Thanks Cathie! I figured it out. My WMPlayer was missing codec or something...4hours later...I fixed it and watched. I loved it. Thanks for sharing.
